We are seeking a motivated and dependable Rolloff Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks, including front loader, rear loader, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
• Load and unload waste or recyclable materials accurately using manual lifting techniques or mechanical equipment such as front loaders or hydraulic arms
• Transport materials to designated disposal or recycling facilities efficiently while maintaining proper documentation of deliveries
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
• Maintain accurate logs of all trips, loads, and inspections for compliance purposes
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules, delays, or issues during operations
• Perform basic mechanical checks and report any vehicle maintenance needs promptly

Skills

• Proven experience operating heavy-duty trucks such as roll-off trucks, front loaders, rear loaders, dump trucks, flatbeds, or tractor-trailers
• Strong driving skills with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), including manual transmission proficiency where applicable
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and vehicle inspections
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes
• Familiarity with load securing techniques to prevent accidents or spills during transit
• Excellent knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy vehicle operation and waste management procedures
• Experience with delivery driving or logistics roles involving load & unload responsibilities
