Drivers earn $70,000 - $85,000+ per year on average. No caps on overtime and we offer year-round work.

We are a family-owned and operated company that prioritizes superior customer service. Join our dynamic team as a Roll-Off Truck Driver with a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). In this energetic role, you will operate specialized roll-off trucks to transport and dispose of waste, recyclables, or other bulk materials efficiently and safely. Your expertise in heavy-duty truck operation, combined with your mechanical knowledge, will ensure smooth delivery and pickup processes across various job sites.

Duties

• Safely operate Class B CDL roll-off trucks to load, transport, and unload waste or recyclable materials at designated locations
• Load and unload containers using roll-off trucks
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
• Use manual transmission skills to maneuver heavy-duty dump trucks and tractor-trailers efficiently in diverse environments
• Load and secure materials properly to prevent spillage or accidents during transit
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance activities
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate schedules and resolve any operational issues promptly

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL with necessary endorsements for commercial driving of heavy-duty trucks including roll-off, dump, flatbed, or tractor-trailer vehicles
• Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery operations, especially with heavy lifting tasks involved in waste management or construction logistics
• Mechanical knowledge of truck systems, hydraulic equipment, and load securing techniques
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently in various terrains and conditions
• Experience with front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, flatbeds, and dump trucks is highly desirable
• Strong physical stamina
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety compliance and adherence to transportation regulations
