Job Summary

Waste Management (WM) is seeking dedicated Environmental Services Workers to help maintain clean, safe, and sustainable environments. The ideal candidate will perform waste collection, recycling, and related environmental services while following safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collect and transport residential, commercial, and industrial waste
• Sort and process recyclables according to company guidelines
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Assist with community clean-up projects
• Document daily activities and report issues to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in waste management or environmental services preferred
• Valid driver’s license is a plus (depending on position)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
