Dump Truck Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and safety-conscious Tri Axle Dump Truck Operator to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty dump trucks to transport materials across construction sites efficiently and securely. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, adherence to safety standards, and timely delivery of materials essential for project success. .

Duties

• Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently across various construction sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of dump trucks, checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, lights, and mechanical components to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with site supervisors.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, including materials transported, hours worked, and maintenance performed.
• Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs when necessary to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards.

Experience

• Proven experience operating dump trucks in a construction or heavy civil environment.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL B) with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of construction materials handling and transportation logistics.
• 1 to 2 Years Experience

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
