Demolition Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Demolition Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in safely dismantling structures, preparing sites for new construction, and assisting with various demolition tasks. Duties

• Perform demolition activities including tearing down walls, flooring, roofing, and other structures using hand tools and power tools.
• Assist with site preparation by removing hazardous materials, debris, and unwanted structures in compliance with safety standards.
• Support other trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and concrete finishing during the demolition process.
• Use hand tools like hammers, chisels, saws, and caulking guns to dismantle structures accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite by disposing of debris properly and ensuring all tools are accounted for.

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction site work or demolition is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to demolition activities including hazard identification and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
• Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical systems, or concrete work is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
