As a vital link in our supply chain, you’ll ensure that goods are transported seamlessly across routes while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks with manual transmissions across designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks, adhering to safety protocols.
• Drive a range of vehicles including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and tractor-trailers based on daily requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and load securement.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery documentation, and route details in compliance with federal regulations.
• Route driving efficiently while managing delivery schedules; adapt to route changes as needed for optimal service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating manual transmission trucks preferred; familiarity with tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, and dump trucks is highly desirable.
• Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of freight handling and load securement techniques.
• Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other equipment; experience with roll-off trucks or dump trucks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of route driving best practices and safety regulations governing commercial transportation.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with dispatch teams and customers.

We are looking for a professional, safety-driven CDL Class A Driver with strong Over-the-Road experience to run the East Coast.

REQUIREMENTS – MUST MEET ALL:
