Duties

• Safely operate tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles with manual transmission across assigned routes
• Deliver goods to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to route schedules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route changes, delivery status, or vehicle issues

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and recent experience operating tractor-trailers or similar heavy-duty trucks
• Proven experience min. 6 months, in driving commercial vehicles such as flatbeds, tankers, refrigerated trailers, or dump trucks
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and safely
• Experience with load & unload procedures using forklifts or other equipment preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for commercial driving
• Strong route planning skills for efficient delivery scheduling
• Physical ability to lift heavy freight and perform vehicle inspections regularly
