The Administrative Services Division of the PWD is looking for an Administrative Aide to perform a wide variety of job duties; the work involves independent decision-making and a thorough knowledge of the terminology, procedures, and practices within a defined activity area.
The Administrative Aide performs a wide variety of job duties; the work involves independent decision-making and a thorough knowledge of the terminology, procedures, and practices within a defined activity area. The employee plans and organizes the workflow utilizing departmental rules, regulations, and procedures. Work is performed under the general direction of an Administrative Assistant or section head who evaluates performance based on results.

This position will work within the Public Works Department Administrative Services Division and be responsible for supporting the facilities operation, project planners and administrative staff with their shopping cart and purchase order needs.

Pay Range: $20.51 to $35.08 per hour.
Hiring Range: $20.51 to $31.82 per hour.
Pay Range Explanation:
Internal Only: Please understand that this is pay grade 343. If selected, your salary offer will be based on the applicable promotion or demotion worksheet in accordance with the City Pay Ordinance.
