Qualifications

• Must stay within 20 miles of Sherman Tx, 75090 zip code
• Must have your own pickup truck and be willing to use it for trash collection.
• Must be fast paced, and can walk 3 flights of stairs while holding trash bags.
• Reliable
• Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
• Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs, as well as walk distances.
• Positive attitude!

Responsibilities

• Report to property in Sherman Sunday- Thursday by 6:50 pm. Be prepared to work for 1 hour to 2 hours a night
• Help team members collect trash bags within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite.
• Occasionally you will have to help out in Anna, Tx with the same job duties.
• Take photos of all violations and unit numbers and send them to our app at the end of your shift.
• Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents.
• Work in light to medium rain.
