Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum trucks and related heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, graders, and water trucks to perform site clean-up, waste removal, and material transportation tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vacuum trucks and other heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Assist with construction activities including horizontal drilling, paving projects, tankers, and other site development tasks.
• Support excavation and site preparation efforts by operating equipment like excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders with precision.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures during equipment operation and site activities to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, inspections, and equipment usage for compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment such as Caterpillar machinery, dump trucks, water trucks, graders, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and horizontal drilling rigs.
• Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating construction site equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, dump trucks, water trucks, and dozers.
• Familiarity with construction processes such as paving, tankers operation, horizontal drilling techniques, and general site development.
• Strong understanding of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation on construction sites.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and perform basic repairs when necessary.
