VACUUM TRUCK OPERATOR/DRIVER CDL- NO OTR

Come grow with us! Video Pipe Inspection, Inc., a dynamic and growing company located in Denham Springs, LA is searching for a Vacuum Truck Operator/Driver to join our team. Overnight and out of town (primarily Southeast Louisiana) travel is required.

Job description:

Qualified candidate will maintain and operate a Vacuum/Pumper Truck, hold a current CDL license and will safely drive from job to job. Daily responsibilities include cleaning sewer and storm drain lines, assisting CCTV/video inspection crews, and operating Vacuum Truck using high pressured hoses and nozzles to clean sewer and storm drain lines. Must properly inspect and prepare equipment for daily use and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely.

Please know this is NOT an OTR or DRIVER ONLY Position

Experience and skills needed:

• Two + Years of driving heavy weight vehicles required
• Training will be provided for daily operation of Vacuum Truck
• Basic knowledge and ability to operate high-pressured hoses and nozzles and vacuum equipment preferred, but not required
• Mechanically inclined
• General knowledge of tools

Requirements:

• Current CDL Class A or B driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass and maintain clean drug screen (pre-offer and random) and comprehensive background checks

Additional information:

• Out of town, overnight travel required. Per diem and lodging provided for required travel.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Hourly Pay - Depending on Experience
