Septic Truck Driver

Operate a septic pump/vac truck to clean septic tanks and assist the crew as needed. This is a hands-on, outdoor job with physical work every day. We promote from within and are looking for career-minded people.

What you’ll do

• Drive and operate a pump/vac truck to service and clean septic tanks
• Set up hoses, pump safely, rinse/clean, and leave the site neat
• Perform daily truck/equipment checks and basic maintenance/cleanup
• Help with related wastewater tasks as needed (digging, lifting, etc.)
• Communicate professionally with homeowners/customers
• Operate and fill out paperwork and use CRM program
• Take pictures of work

Requirements

• CDL Class A or B
• Tanker endorsement required (can be hired without it, but must obtain within 14 days to continue employment; we can help)
• Able to drive a manual/stick shift truck (or willing to learn — training provided)
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting/dragging hoses, digging, working outdoors year-round
• Willing to participate in a rotating emergency/on-call shift
• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• Must have clean driving record.
