Septic Pump Truck Driver

RMMI, LLC is seeking a dependable and safety-minded Septic Pump Truck Driver to operate a vacuum pump truck for residential and commercial septic services. This position involves accessing and pumping septic tanks, evaluating system functionality, and assisting with real estate septic inspections. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, professionalism with customers, and maintaining equipment and job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class B septic pump truck in compliance with DOT and company safety standards

• Locate, access, and pump residential and commercial septic tanks

• Assess septic systems for basic functionality and visible defects

• Assist with septic system evaluations and real estate transfer inspections

• Accurately complete service reports, inspection forms, and disposal documentation

• Communicate findings clearly with customers, office staff, and inspectors

• Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of truck, tools, and equipment

• Follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations

• Represent RMMI, LLC in a professional and respectful manner at all job sites

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record

• Septic pumping experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

• Ability to assess septic system components and recognize potential issues

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift, carry, and handle hoses and equipment (up to 75 lbs)

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Good communication and customer service skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions

• Physical labor including bending, lifting, and handling heavy equipment

• Exposure to wastewater and confined-space type environments (training provided)
