Roll-Off Truck Driver - No CDL required

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll off trucks to transport waste and debris, ensuring timely and efficient service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll off trucks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling of waste and debris.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including logs of materials transported.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes, schedules, and any issues that arise during operations.
• Assist with the maintenance of the truck, including cleaning and minor repairs as necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks associated with heavy lifting and operating commercial vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating roll off trucks or similar vehicles (e.g., rear loader truck, front loader truck).
• Familiarity with tractor-trailer or flatbed driving is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks on a regular basis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
