Full Job Description

BWC Portables is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for servicing, cleaning, delivering, and retrieving portable restrooms and related equipment throughout Middle Tennessee.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

· Service portable restroom units on scheduled routes

· Pump, clean, sanitize, and restock portable restrooms

· Deliver and pick up portable restrooms, hand wash stations, and related equipment

· Safely operate company service trucks

· Complete daily route sheets and service documentation

· Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks

· Maintain a clean and professional appearance of company vehicles and equipment

· Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and event coordinators

· Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Able to pass random drug screening

· Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

· Dependable and punctual

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

· Experience driving trucks and towing trailers preferred

Physical Requirements

· Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and walking

· Ability to enter and exit service vehicles throughout the day

· Ability to work in outdoor environments and construction settings
