Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to transport containers to and from construction sites throughout Arizona. This position involves operating roll-off trucks, interacting with customers and site personnel, and ensuring all deliveries and pickups are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

This is a local driving position—home daily.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver and retrieve containers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure loads in compliance with DOT and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes and schedules
• Provide professional customer service at job sites
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
• Complete daily tickets, logs, and required paperwork
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or B required
• Able to drive a manual transmission
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Roll-off or construction trucking experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Strong commitment to safety

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb in and out of truck multiple times per shift
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme Arizona heat
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts on active construction sites

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Extended hours as needed
• Overtime available
