Heavy Equipment Operator
Morrow Energy is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in a growing company. Heavy Equipment Operator, under the supervision of the Construction Manager and Foreman, will be responsible for inspection, maintenance, and operating a range of heavy-duty construction equipment. This is not a training position, MUST HAVE extensive experience running equipment.
This position will require regular travel to sites located in Texas, Louisiana, Virginia, and all future sites. The position also requires manual labor, significant outdoor work, proficiency in effective communication, and working with a team to achieve desired results.

Position Requirements:
· Clean driving Record
· Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records check
· Able to operate to operate an ATV, skid steer, excavator, bulldozer, dump trucks, drill rig, and other heavy equipment
· Leadership qualities.
· Able to initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
· Able to work on projects individually, as part of a team, and act as a team leader.
· Excellent communication skills
· Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure
· Ability to work extended hours, as required.
· Initiative in problem solving
· Responsible attitude toward work
· Able to respond to inquiries and emergencies from the field
