Full-Time Junk Removal Specialist - Driver Position

All That Junk is looking to expand the team and grow the business! All That Junk is a local junk removal company based in Wilmington, NC who helps their clients reclaim their space by removing any unwanted items - from old furniture and appliances, to yard debris, to shed and hot tub demolition We are looking to hire a full-time team lead responsible for driving company vehicles, communicating with customers, and removing and disposing of items from jobs sites . Experience hauling trailers highly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Removing furniture, appliances, yard debris and other unwanted items for clients.
• Driving, cleaning, and maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
• Managing team members, helping train new hires, and ensuring safe operations.
• Communicating with customers to explain services, take payment and close sales on jobs.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 21
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the day in the heat and cold
• Junk removal or moving work experience preferred

Pay starting at $20/hr, plus tips and bonuses. Cold water, gloves, shirts, hats, tools, and PPE will be provided.
