Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This position involves working on commercial job sites performing tasks such as:

• Interior demolition
• Construction site cleanup
• Debris removal
• Final cleaning

Candidates must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites throughout Wayne and Oakland Counties.

Schedule & Availability:

• Work is primarily scheduled during regular business hours.
• Must be available to receive calls for same-day or next-day jobs. Honesty about availability is appreciated.
• Night and weekend work may be required occasionally, but it is rare.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to get to job sites.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying debris.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Previous experience in demolition, cleanup, or related work is a plus but not required.
• Must be self-driven.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
