Responsibilities:

• Assist with the demolition of buildings, structures, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, or loaders under supervision
• Remove debris and recyclable materials from job sites in accordance with safety protocols
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and demolition plans to ensure precise execution
• Support site cleanup and organize materials for recycling or disposal
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines
• Conduct basic inspections of the site to identify potential hazards or structural issues during demolition

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in demolition preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment operation
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials safely
• Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn new skills
• Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as plumbing, electrical systems, concrete, masonry, or carpentry is advantageous
