Concrete Saw Cutter/Operator

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

About the Role

Rockslide Demo and Sawcutting LLC is hiring a Concrete Helper to support field demolition,

concrete sawcutting, and general jobsite labor work. This role performs the same core duties as a

Laborer, with added expectations for driving eligibility, jobsite communication, and reliable support

on concrete-related work.

Essential Duties

• Work safely with building materials, supplies, hand tools, power tools, and company equipment.
• Assist with concrete sawcutting, demolition preparation, cleanup, and related field labor tasks.
• Perform debris removal, sweeping, and jobsite organization.
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Work indoors and outdoors, including adverse weather conditions.
• Cooperate professionally with management, customers, supervisors, and crew members.
• Complete job-related paperwork and communicate jobsite concerns promptly.
• Use, clean, and maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a dependable team environment.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Good DMV / Motor Vehicle Record required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a construction helper required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to work long hours, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction, demolition, concrete, or sawcutting experience.
• Scissor lift and boom lift experience.
• Experience working on commercial jobsites.
