This position primarily operates roll-off trucks delivering and servicing dumpsters for residential, commercial, and construction customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off dumpsters at customer locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Secure containers and ensure loads are transported safely.
• Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch personnel.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and mechanical issues promptly.
• Assist with basic equipment inspections and upkeep.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B License
• Clean Driving Record
• Roll-Off Experience Preferred (Training Available for the Right Candidate)
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous roll-off, dump truck, waste hauling, or construction hauling experience
• Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment knowledge
• Experience operating manual transmissions
