Title: CDL Pump Truck Driver

Location: Bonham, TX

Compensation: $24-32/hr (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dependable CDL Driver to operate our modern, well-maintained vacuum septic trucks. No prior septic experience? No problem. If you have a valid CDL and a great work ethic, we will provide fully paid, hands-on training to teach you the trade.

Because our septic division serves a loyal base of 1,400+ members, this role offers unmatched job stability and massive commission potential on top of a highly competitive hourly wage.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a modern vacuum septic/pump truck to service residential and commercial systems.
• Perform routine septic tank pumping, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Respond to emergency service calls as part of a structured team rotation.
• Use a tablet and ServiceTitan to easily manage jobs and dispatch (no messy paperwork).
• Provide professional, friendly customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) (Required)
• Clean, safe driving record (Required)
• Tanker endorsement (Preferred, or willing to obtain)
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job independently.

Pay & Benefits:

• $24.00 – $32.00 an hour (Starting rate based on CDL class & experience)
• Plus Uncapped Commission (Our pump trucks are our highest revenue generators)
