Automated Side Load & Rear Load Driver- Trash Truck

Job Summary

Safely operates a RIGHTHAND Drive Automated Side-Loader and/ or a Rear-Load truck(Garbage Truck) to pick up residential waste or recycling and transport it to the local landfill or recycling facility. In addition to these duties, the driver must be able to perform and document pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and daily route paperwork.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Drivers License with an air-brake endorsement.
• Acceptable driving record required.
• A minimum of one year of driving experience in a rear-load trash truck and 2 years in an automated side loader or a truck of equal comparison
• Must be able to physically work 8-12 hour shifts in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain and snow)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
